From Route 128 or Boston take Route 2 West.

Continue on Route 2 West as it turns left at the Mobile station in Concord.
Turn right at the next traffic light (Route 126-Walden Street).
Take the first left (just after the Concord High School on your left.) This is Thoreau St.
At the first traffic light turn right onto Sudbury Road. Take the third right turn onto Stow St.
The entrance to the Emerson Umbrella for the Arts at 40 Stow Street is the first driveway on your right.

(Any right prior to Sudbury Rd. will take you to Stow St. You will then need to take a left.
 The Emerson Umbrella would then be on your left.)

From Route 495 take Route 2 East.

Continue on Rte 2 East through the Concord Rotary.
Turn left at the next major traffic light onto Elm St. (Just after Papa Razzi restaurant).
At the T-section take a left onto Main St. (Rte 62 East.)
Continue straight through the set of lights at Thoreau St.
Turn right at the 3-way intersection onto Sudbury Rd. past  the Concord Library.
Take the first left onto Stow St.
The Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts will be on the right, 40 Stow St.
