The leadership team is composed of those recognized by the church as spiritually mature leaders, who are knowledgeable, experienced in the work of God and believed to be appointed by the Holy Spirit to preserve and promote the mission of the church. The New Testament also calls elders 'overseers' as they act as shepherds overseeing the health of the church and are held accountable to see that the church be obedient to the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ who has called us all to testify of His grace.
